Sierra Leone ratifies UNCRPD thanks to Young Voices campaign

Vigorous campaigning by Young Voices in Sierra Leone resulted in a massive victory when the country’s parliament ratified the UNCRPD in July 2009. The group was then invited to parliament to witness the ratification ceremony and met the country’s first lady. July 2009
