Mauritius has one of the newest Young Voices groups, which meets monthly.
The government of Mauritius has signed and ratified the UN Convention, so the group plans to raise awareness of disabled people’s rights and influence public opinions. Working with a lawyer to steer their campaigns, they will also use the media to advocate for the UNCRPD’s implementation.
