Guyana Young Voices meets twice a month in the capital, Georgetown, to explore and plan advocacy activities. These include study, workshops and training in human rights, disability issues and reaching out to other people with and without disabilities.
In 2011 members met with government ministers and intensified their UNCRPD ratification campaign. During 2012 they will perform a play around the country to raise awareness of disability issues.
